Appearance
Will it change how my stone looks?
Gloss is designed for polished stone and Satin for honed or leathered finishes. We test the finish against your stone before installation.
Scratches
Is it scratch-proof?
No. TuffSkin has a scratch-resistant coating, but it can be cut or scratched. Use a cutting board and felt pads under heavy objects. If it scratches, your stone doesn't, and we replace the section.
Seams & edges
Will there be seams?
We use one piece wherever material size and layout allow. Large or complex surfaces may need a seam, which we plan with you in advance.
Cleaning
How do I care for it?
Soap and water, or an ammonia-free glass cleaner, finished with a dry microfiber towel. No abrasives, steel wool, or razor blades.
Cost
What does it cost?
Pricing is based on measured square footage, layout, finish, and any preparation needed. You receive a written quote before any commitment.
Warranty
What's covered?
TuffSkin is warrantied to be acid, alkaline, water, and oil-proof for 10 years. Scratches, cuts, and peeling the film are not warranty items.
